When it is in the dehydration state, the dehydration high-speed winding is turned on, and the motor runs at a high speed. This process is completed by the cooperation of the process controller and the motor.

2. Working process of industrial washing machine Fully automatic industrial washing machine refers to a large-capacity washing machine with functions of initial washing, washing, rinsing, bleaching and dehydration, and automatic conversion between functions without manual operation. According to different ways of vibration reduction and vibration isolation, industrial washing machines can be divided into suspension vibration isolation type and water injection balance vibration isolation type, and gravity fixed type. (1) The start of the industrial washing machine should be slow and stable, and the low-frequency starting torque of the inverter should be large.

(2) Pay attention to the slope of the V/F curve. If the slope of each set point of the V/F curve is too large, the running current will be too large, and the slope will be too small to start the operation. Therefore, it is necessary to comprehensively grasp the motor and its on-site conditions.
