Inverter components

    Control board: also called CP [U board, equivalent to the human brain, which processes various signals and control programs.

    Power supply board: The switching power supply circuit provides low-voltage power supply to the operation panel, main control board, drive circuit, detection circuit and fan. Panels, display panels, etc. provide power.

Drive board: The PWM pulse generated by the CPU generates drive signals that meet the requirements through the drive circuit to stimulate the overcurrent and overvoltage energy of the IGBT.

Capacitor C1: absorption capacitor, the output of the rectifier circuit is a pulsating DC voltage, which must be filtered,

C2 capacitor: Absorption capacitor, mainly used to absorb the overcurrent and overvoltage energy of IGBT.

Energy storage capacitor: It is also called electrolytic capacitor, which is mainly used for energy storage and filtering in the charging circuit. The voltage working range of the PN terminal is generally between 430VDC and 700VDC, and the general high-voltage capacitors are all around 400VDC. In order to meet the needs of withstand voltage, two 400VDC capacitors must be connected in series to make 800VDC. Capacity selection ≥60uf / A

Voltage-sharing resistance: to prevent the storage capacitor from being burned due to the uneven storage capacitor voltage; because the two electrolytic capacitors cannot be made exactly the same, the voltage on each capacitor may be different, and the high voltage will cause serious heat generation (There is an equivalent series resistance in the capacitor) or damage due to exceeding the withstand voltage value.

Charging resistance: the function is to prevent the capacitor from short-circuiting to ground at the moment of power-on, and the voltage of the two terminals of the capacitor before burning out the energy storage capacitor is 0V; therefore, the capacitor is short-circuited to ground at the moment of power-on (start-up). If the charging resistor is not added between the rectifier bridge and the electrolytic capacitor, it is equivalent to a 380V power supply directly short-circuited to the ground, and the rectifier bridge is blown up by the rectifier bridge through an infinite current. Generally speaking, the greater the power of the inverter, the smaller the charging resistance. The selection range of charging resistance is generally 10-300Ω.

Varistor: has three functions:

          1. Overvoltage protection;

          2. Lightning strike resistance requirements;

          Third, the safety test needs.

Thermistor: overheat protection

Transformer: A common electrical device that can be used to transform a certain value of alternating voltage into another value of the same frequency. It can also change the value of alternating current and change impedance or change phase.

Hall element: installed in the concentrated two-phase of UVW, used to detect the current value. When selected, the rated current is about 2 times of the rated current of the motor

Rectifier circuit: Uncontrolled full-wave rectifier bridge is composed of six rectifier diodes VD1-VD6. For the rated power supply of 380v, the general reverse voltage of the diode should be 1200V, and the forward current of the diode is 1.414-2 times the rated current of the motor.
